The women’s volleyball team continues to shine and looks stronger than ever as they head into the final stretch of the 2025 season.

October has been impressive, they remain undefeated this month with a perfect 6-0 record.  The team’s overall record stands at 20-1, including a flawless 9-0 mark in conference play. They are currently riding a 17-game winning streak,  and in their last 11 matches, they have only lost one set, against MiraCosta College on Friday.  

Mia Lundberg has been a major part of this success, leading the team with 247 kills. Her hitting and consistent play place her 16th in the state. Isabella Barrios has also been a standout, ranking second in the state with 1.50 blocks per set. She leads the conference with a .415 hitting percentage. 

The team is ready for three key conference matchups to close out the month. They’ll open with back-to-back home games, starting on Wednesday, October 22, against Palomar College. Two days later, on Friday, October 24, they’ll host Imperial Valley College.

To finish out October, the team will hit the road to take on Cuyamaca College on Friday, October 31.
