The women’s volleyball team is set to compete at Pasadena City College on Wednesday, September 11th, against the Lancers, who recently secured a 3-1 victory over San Bernardino Valley College last Friday.

The Olympians enjoy a six-game winning streak, losing only one set out of the 18 sets played. Led by sophomore Halen Kiefer, who has amassed 82 points, the team is performing well and looks to improve after each game. 

San Diego Mesa College has the best conference record at 6-1, followed by Palomar College at 4-1. 

On the defensive front, freshman Isabella Barrios has proven to be a stalwart, contributing eight block solos and two block assists. Lia Go Soco also leads the team with 43 digs, averaging 2.26 digs per set.

The match at Pasadena City College is scheduled to commence at 5:00 p.m.
