The yearly 3C2A SoCal Regional Multis has concluded, with Emily Pesch (Eureka, CA / Eureka High School) finishing second overall at this year’s competition.

Held at Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, the meet is one of California’s premier events for combined disciplines such as the decathlon and heptathlon.

Pesch, a sophomore and product of Eureka High School, set a new personal-best score of 4,137 points and grabbed the individual title in the 100-meter hurdles (15.17 seconds) and the high jump (1.58 meters).
