The Pacific Coast Athletic Conference has announced that Stevie Lundquist has been named PCAC Athlete of the Month.
Lundquist led the conference in scoring, averaging 18.1 points per game, while adding 6.2 rebounds per game.
An explosive and dynamic player, she is capable of scoring at all three levels and consistently impacts the game on both ends of the floor. In addition to her offense, Lundquist is one of the top defenders in the conference.
“She plays incredibly hard and is one of those players you have to pull out of the game before she would ever tell you she’s tired,” said head coach Careth Herron. “She puts just as much work in off the court on her own time as she does in practice. Her passion for the game and her drive to continue improving truly set her apart, both on the court and in the classroom.”
Lundquist currently carries a 3.8 grade point average.
