After earning back-to-back wins, the men’s basketball team enters the week at 3–5 and aims to keep building as they travel to Mt. San Jacinto College on Wednesday to face the Eagles.

Despite falling below .500, the team remains positive. They have competed well throughout the season, staying within reach in nearly every game.

December has started off well for the Olympians. They began the month with a convincing 74–65 victory over Saddleback College on Monday, followed by another strong, all-around performance in an 18-point win against LA Pierce College on Wednesday.

Freshman Michael Contreras leads the team with 13.5 points per game, along with 4.8 rebounds and 1.5 steals. Jeremiah Parker is also averaging double figures with 11.3 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 1.4 steals per game. Sophomore Jacob Dallas contributes 6 rebounds per game and 1 block per game.
