"Ultra-competitor, "talented" and "self-less" are a few words to celebrate our Super Star student-athlete.

With an overall GPA of 3.90 and conference record of 15-0-1, our Super Star is 1 of 11 women to rank nationally as a 1st Team All-American Scholar Athlete. She holds 2 conference championships and 2 playoff berths, defining herself as an ultra-competitor.

Her individual talent has been highly decorated, receiving the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 2015 and two 1st Team All-Conference selections in 2015 and 2016. She has an outstanding ability to play any position, at any time, and play it well.

In addition to her success on the field and in the classroom, our Super Star volunteers in her community; she is a medical translator for the Tijuana homeless. Coaches and teammates agree that she is genuine in all of her efforts on and off the field.

Head Coach, Todd Curran, states, "Geo is the most humble, hard-working, talented young lady that has played soccer here at Mesa College."

Please congratulate Geo Herrera as San Diego Mesa's Athletic Super Star.
